Walter was just wonderful from beginning to end. He was extremely communicative, making sure all my needs were met. The Apartment was lovely. It was spacious, airy and quite large, a duplex with the bedroom and lavatory on the 2nd floor and a full kitchen, siting area and a patio. It was easy to access the town center once I gave it a go. My time spent was super. I highly recommend considering staying here if you are visiting Santa Cruz. Thank you again Walter for all your amazing service and help!!

It was so nice to stay someone with a fully functioning kitchen and sofa to sit on. The apartment was clean and spacious. It was very good value for money. The owners were so welcoming and friendly. They always answered any messages that I sent and even met me from the ferry to take me to the apartment. The apartment is a little out of the main area but was only a 15 walk or short taxi ride away.

She shared her own meal with me when I arrived, arranged tours and ferry tickets for me, lent me a bike to ride into town and use when ever I wanted. Room was large with a kitchen area that I didn't use and an OK bathroom with a good hot shower. There is also starlink wifi which worked well.
