I Luxor, 3,1 kilometer fra Luxor Train Station, ligger peace garden hostel & camp, som har en hage, gratis privat parkering, en fellesstue og en terrasse. I had a very enjoyable stay at Peace garden hostel. Amar is the best host ever and one of the very few kind people I’ve met in Egypt. I felt so safe and comfortable at his place. As a solo traveller, this means a lot to be safe and worries free. All the staff at the hotel are very nice and friendly and made me feel welcoming all the time. Amar even drove me to the downtown by his car for exchanging money, buying train tickets and helped me book the tours at good price. Oh and the meals at the hotel are incredible. Breakfast and dinner are included in the price of accomodation and they served the best food ever, homemade meals in restaurant style. It tasted much better than the restaurant I had in town and meals were changed everyday. The hotel is extremely clean. It’s the most cleanest accommodation I’ve been to. I had to say I saw them clean the floor every 20mins. Very well organized and beautifully decorated with lots of vintage stuff. It’s a peaceful place indeed! The room & bed is also comfortable, I had a very good sleep. Highly highly recommended!!! Thank you very much Amar and the team ❤️ I’ll be back one day.

Bare 15 minutters gange fra Medinet Habu Temple ligger Luxor Villa Hatshepsut. Dette overnattingsstedet har en hage, en fellesstue og tilgang til gratis WiFi. Boenhetene har klimaanlegg og uteplass. We only planned to stay here one day but we loved the area and the hospitality here so much that we ended up staying 3 days total. Helping this family as they helped us with very good care and professional service. Dinner was amazing and my birthday happened to be here so they threw me a birthday party! And gave me great tours Ibrahim waited for us at every spot, and Mohamed took us to see a sunset with the Bedouins and carpet, pillows and tea were provided for a small fee. Hospitality and customer service exceded our expectations and prices are fair and hard to beat. I rather give my money to help this families than the big hotel chains and have more authentic food and experiences.

The hostel is located in a quiet area but still easily accessible. The room is very comfortable and clean. The breakfast is very full and delicious. The staff is very nice and always here to help you and offer tours. I’d definitely recommend.

Karnak Flats ligger 3,1 kilometer fra Luxor Museum, og har gratis WiFi og gratis privat parkering. Boenhetene er utstyrt med klimaanlegg og boblebad. Loved the cleanliness of the apartment, the host was very friendly and helpful. We were also able to catch up on our laundry with the washing machine in the apartment, detergent was also supplied. In walking distance to a convenience store and a restaurant with good food.

Nour El Balad ligger i Luxor, 14 minutters gange fra Medinet Habu Temple, og har en hage. Her bor du med utsikt over byen. The food was fabulous. A bonus was that we were able to eat raw vegetables because they were washed with purified water. The outdoor dining area was also lovely. Whenever we needed a driver, Mahmoud and his son Mohamed arranged for us quickly. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel is well located near the West Bank sites, and walking distance from one ruin. We would happily stay there again!
