I booked it after a reservation at another hotel was unexpectedly cancelled. I’m glad it happened! My stay was wonderful, the room (high floor pyramid view suite) was as described/pictured. I felt safe and comfortable. I enjoyed the rooftop bar. The views were amazing! The bed was comfortable. The room was small, but was not a problem to me. Hot water was plentiful. The AC worked perfectly. The terrace was also nice and I enjoyed. A local also mentioned this is a very nice hotel. Breakfast was also very nice. Every staff member I encountered was nice and helpful…I wish I remembered their names so I can acknowledge them properly. I enjoyed my stay and I have plans to return. Shukran!

The location and view were incredible, just a one-minute walk from the Pyramids' gates. The service and staff were excellent—very polite and attentive—and the place was clean. Breakfast was average, but overall, it’s a great spot to spend a day near the great Pyramids.

The lady at the reception ,named Noha😊was extremely kind—she brought the luggage we had left at the front desk up to our room and even offered us breakfast. Heaven Hostel is located in Cairo, within less than 1 km of Tahrir Square and a 17-minute walk of The Egyptian Museum. I decided to book this hostel because it looks neat, clean and location is in the center, near the Egyptian Museum. We stayed here only 2 nights, separately 1st and last night in Egypt. They let us use the public restroom at the day we already checked out, before moving to night bus to go to Qena, kept our luggage without any charging during our trip to Luxor, Aswan, until the day we were back to Cairo. They also offers laundry service in good price. Furthermore, you can book private trip through the hostel, e.g. to the pyramids. Additionally, the reception is always (24/7) occupied, helping us at our late checkin and early morning checkout, the staff is truly amazing! They are always happy to assist no matter what, and you can easily contact them via WhatsApp at any time. Thanks to the owner Abdo, his brother and everyone else at the hostel - I had an amazing stay in Egypt.

The view on the pyramids was great, the host was friendly and breakfast was good. Our flight was delayed, so we arrived very late, but that wasn't a problem.
