Bed is very comfortable, and room is big. Staff is very friendly, breakfast is very big and delicious. They also gave me free water in the evening, and let me leave my bagpack after check-out, till late evening. Room has AC, and overall it's a quiet apartment area. They also booked me a free uber to the airport as a gesture, that was very nice of them.

Everything was perfect. First, I want to thank Eya and all the staff for their kindness. When you arrive, you feel welcome, just like you’re at home. They are very helpful, always smiling, and doing their best to make you satisfied. The room was amazing; it had a beautiful atmosphere. I want to congratulate the decorator as well. I also admired that the place is animal-friendly, there are many cute cats. I came with my husband, but I also think it’s a great place for solo travelers. At night, I saw young people meeting each other and being very respectful. I had breakfast, even though I booked without it. I was surprised when Eya didn’t take any money and said, “It’s from us.” I also booked a Nile cruise with them, and it was an amazing night. The Wi-Fi works very well. There is a separate Wi-Fi network in the different area, all with the same password, so you can connect easily wherever you are Here in Egypt, you often see people trying to take money from you, so when you meet staff who truly want you to enjoy your stay and save your money, you really see the difference and feel grateful that you chose this place. Noura makes your stay here go from below average to exceptional! I made a special request for my room and she delivered in style. When I asked for a guide to provide a tour she arranged one ensuring no details were missed and at competitive price. She is reliable, somehow always available for your queries or to arrange anything you need and all with a smile. Ahmed and other staff were so friendly and helpful that it made us feel like we were staying with family. The breakfast was better than I expected and the location was perfect for our needs.

Was clean, big and the host was more than kind. Ahmed prepared a meal at 9:30 in the night for us cause we were tired and did not wanted to go out. Ahmed changed our dollars to egipcian pounds as the bank exhange. Ahmed son, the cute Anes did take us to the pharmacy when we needed. He assisted us in many ways more than just a hotel. We will come back and we will recomend to out friends and family.
