The whole team was very kind and welcoming, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The receptionist and customer service were perfect, especially Nada, Sabrine, and all the guys at the front desk who always went out of their way to help. They offered us free transportation to and from the airport, which made things so easy, and Adham the driver was super kind and professional. They even brought us SIM cards so we didn’t have to worry about anything during our trip. Our room had a beautiful view of the pyramids, which made the experience even more special. The hotel itself was very clean, modern, and new everything felt fresh and comfortable. Overall, the service and hospitality were outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairo.

No complains, it's a fabulous place with friendly people working here, super clean, well maintained, aesthetic. Beds are super comfy and you can even stand on them, as the ceilings in the building are very high. There are enough of bathrooms and toilets on every floor, you will not wait in line. I work remotely, internet is good, it goes off from time to time, but they called the mechanic and fixed that, these people do really care. The house and the territory are very beautiful, it feels like an oasis in the constant rush of Cairo. I extended my stay for 1 more week and will come back the next time I'm in Cairo.

The host Youssef is an amazing person. he has looked after us throughout our entire stay and made us feel very welcome and at home he greeted us with a smile and showed us to our beautiful room. He helped us in every capacity and he is someone we can actually call a friend we highly recommend SEQUOIA for anyone coming to see the Pyramids of Giza.

Noha made sure my check in process was smooth with directions. Left my luggage the next day and came in thr evening stayed until night at reception friendly staff

We were having tech issues upon arrival and could not get our card to process in their card reader nor the ATM downstairs. While my partner was dealing with that, the receptionist let me into the room to decompress from the travels. Additionally, the place was located in a nice spot, near plenty of restaurants and other amenities. The interior was clean and welcoming.
