Neom Pyramids Valley hotel was a wonderful stay. I booked it after a reservation at another hotel was unexpectedly cancelled. I’m glad it happened! My stay was wonderful, the room (high floor pyramid view suite) was as described/pictured. I felt safe and comfortable. I enjoyed the rooftop bar. The views were amazing! The bed was comfortable. The room was small, but was not a problem to me. Hot water was plentiful. The AC worked perfectly. The terrace was also nice and I enjoyed. A local also mentioned this is a very nice hotel. Breakfast was also very nice. Every staff member I encountered was nice and helpful…I wish I remembered their names so I can acknowledge them properly. I enjoyed my stay and I have plans to return. Shukran!

Despite feeling physically unwell in Egypt, I felt truly comfortable at the hotel: attentive staff, hearty breakfasts, and beautiful views of the Sphinx and the Pyramids. Giza is not the cleanest area in Cairo, so Sequoia is literally an oasis of comfort amid the general chaos. Yes, of course, there are many fruit and juice shops nearby, banks, and most importantly - the entrance to the Pyramids, but all of this is in constant motion and full of questions. The staff not only helped us get from the airport to the hotel (and back), but also arranged a trip to the Grand Egyptian Museum, where the driver took us in the morning and picked us up in the evening. Any other requests were also handled quickly and efficiently.

The lady at the reception ,named Noha😊was extremely kind—she brought the luggage we had left at the front desk up to our room and even offered us breakfast. Noura, Ahmed and Moaz were very helpful throughout. They upgraded me to a better room for free, because the room I originally booked was extended by another tourist. When I had to leave at 6 a.m. one day, they were able to have the breakfast ready for me very early in the morning. The WiFi is amazing, and I could even dial into a company meeting remotely without any delay. There was some noise from the street, but I believe it might actually be quieter than some other downtown hotels on busier streets. I slept quite well every night. The location is central. I would love to stay at the hostel again if I ever come back to Cairo in the future.

I decided to book this hostel because it looks neat, clean and location is in the center, near the Egyptian Museum. We stayed here only 2 nights, separately 1st and last night in Egypt. They let us use the public restroom at the day we already checked out, before moving to night bus to go to Qena, kept our luggage without any charging during our trip to Luxor, Aswan, until the day we were back to Cairo. They also offers laundry service in good price. Furthermore, you can book private trip through the hostel, e.g. to the pyramids. Additionally, the reception is always (24/7) occupied, helping us at our late checkin and early morning checkout, the staff is truly amazing! They are always happy to assist no matter what, and you can easily contact them via WhatsApp at any time. Thanks to the owner Abdo, his brother and everyone else at the hostel - I had an amazing stay in Egypt.

The view on the pyramids was great, the host was friendly and breakfast was good. Our flight was delayed, so we arrived very late, but that wasn't a problem.
