We felt very welcome and comfy. The breakfast was simple, but fair and if we needed anything else, sweet Paloma could provide. We had a 3 bedroom apartment. The room we choose had rather short beds, but luckily a 3rd room was available with a more suitable bed for my husband. We really enjoyed the village and surroundings. The hike that departs from the village is nice, but rather tough and stoney and only my son made it to the end... Carlos was very kind to show us around downstairs where there was a restaured olive mill and kind of museum.

The house is equipped beyond anyone's needs. It is spacious, comfortable, ultra-clean, and quiet. We used it as a base camp for day excursions. Paqui, the host, is one of the best I have met in my many trips. She is attentive, and will go the extra mile to make the stay a great experience. A warm welcome is rare to find these days, where key boxes have become the norm, so Paqui was a true asset to our stay. Breakfast was full of local produce and bakery (with even the family olive oil), which made the experience authentic. Losar de la Vera may not be the most famous town in the area, but thanks to hosts like Paqui it will no doubt become a prominent lodging spot! People taking care of their business makes all the difference.

Situated in Madrigal de la Vera, 40 km from Monasterio de Yuste, Los Seis Caños features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and concierge services. The property was really very nice, clean, cute decorated, and comfortable. it has air con that was needed during our stay and fan in both bedrooms. Also communication with owner was clear and helpful.

The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. It's a great base to explore the area by car. Pet friendly!

A beautiful apartment with no expense spared, lovely and spacious and fully equiped. Very comfortable bed and linen. Leonne was friendly and helpful and there to greet us. Loved the village and vibe. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Casa Rural Parada Real CR-CC-00258 is situated in Garganta la Olla, within 42 km of Plaza Mayor and 6.5 km of Monasterio de Yuste. Perfect location in a beautiful village. The host was very welcoming and helpful. Lovely breakfast. The rooms were great.

Featuring a bar, shared lounge and views of garden, Casa Rural La Canchalera is located in Losar de la Vera, 18 km from Monasterio de Yuste. One of the most pleasant stays so far. The owner was very courteous and tried to accommodate my requests.
