The location is very convenient and close to everything. We were able to explore the area without transport. The room was well-organized, comfortable. We had all the amenities to prepare food at the room. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, which I appreciated. The check-in and check-out process via the app was another highlight. It was quick, easy, and hassle-free—such a great convenience. Although we didn’t use the gym, breakfast, or yoga classes, it’s nice to know those options are available for guests. Special thanks for devotion to the ecology and sustainability concept. Overall, a great experience. I’d stay here again!

The place was comfortable, clean, spacious and silent although located in city center. Very helpful staff. Easy reach to all tourist attractions by foot.

Relais & Châteaux Heritage Hotel offers 5-star accommodation in Madrid, next to Paseo de la Castellana. It is located on a 20th century listed building beautifully decorated with a belle-époque... Beautiful hotel, great and helpful staff, very cozy and comfortable rooms, amazing restaurant and breathtaking view from the roof. Really enjoyed the stay and recommend this place for sure.

The hotel is at a very good location next to all the museums. The staff was amazing and was very happy to help us with everything we needed. Breakfast was amazing. Room was very clean.
