From the kind and very helpful staff to the fine details of the room. How soundproof soundproof can be? There was a live DJ about 20 meters from our room in the outdoor lounge and party area, but with the terrace door closed, it was absolute silence inside the room! Nespresso machine, good dark curtains and a quiet airco. This was such a perfect sleep on our route to Spain that we booked it again for the return trip (and we rarely visit the same hotel twice because its part of the fun to explore new places)

Very nice room. Staff were very helpful and kind. Very comfortable. Parking good. Good location. For the sights and restaurants.

Set in Saint-Angel and within 22 km of Neuvic d'Ussel Golf Course, Auberge du Prieuré has a terrace, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi. The auberge provides everything you need when travelling and the rooms etc have been recently constructed to a very good standard. Breakfast was not provided but croissants etc were obtained from a nearby patisserie to accompany coffee provided in the restaurant adjoining the auberge. Saint Angel was good for an evening stroll.

A really excellent little room, comfortable and clean with lovely attention to detail. The location is perfect, right in the old town. Annick was extremely welcoming and looked after us very well. The breakfast, partly homemade, was a lovely feature. It also made a big difference to have a private off-road car parking space. All in all, highly recommended.
