The views from the cottage and Hot tub were beautiful, and the bed was really comfy, also my car was parked in a safe secure driveway, I was really happy and would definitely recommend. And I just like to add even though the weather wasn’t great we still enjoyed the Hot tub that was heated up and ready to use every night.

The House is wonderful, better than picrtures and description, we love the atmosphere, the style and all details super cute. Three bedrooms in different colour, we used only 2, big well equipped kitchen, nice garden... We also found some delicious Wales biscuits.

Harry and Nicola are those rare people who just make you feel welcome and happy from the moment you arrive. It is like walking into your own home, with a log fire and such a beautiful room and comfy bed. We fell asleep listening to the Tawny Owl and can't rate this special find of a B&B highly enough. A rare find, delicious breakfast and so dog friendly. Hope to be back one day.

Just a fantastic stay that had everything we were looking for: clean and comfortable room, very warm welcome and a personal touch as well as a brilliant and deliciously new prepared breakfast. Definitely recommend this absolute gem!

John and Clare were excellent hosts. My husband and I needed a quiet escape for my birthday, and they delivered! We're introverted and exhausted parents so the private entrance with coffee and tea was a wonderful touch. The porch was perfect for late night card games. Breakfast was divine! Delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and absolutely perfect. The room was cozy, comfortable, clean, and well maintained. I cannot say enough about this wonderful lodge. Its proximity to Hay-on-Wye allowed for wonderful bookstore browsing during the day. We are already excited to return!
