The rooms were clean and equipped with everything one might need for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly. It was a great value for money. The hotel is conveniently located near underground and bus stops. There are cafes nearby and a nice walking area.

Hôtel was well situated if traveling by train, next to the station. Electric trams are located outside of the hotel. The hotel was new and very clean and well equipped. The breakfast offered an excellent choice of a buffet style hot and cold, the hot breakfast was hot and not tepid as in other hotels. The breakfast team were very pleasant and smiley, which made us feel very welcome

Check-in was easy — we got the entrance code by message the day before and had no issues entering. the building. We communicated with staff via Whats app, they were very friendly and quick to respond whenever we had questions. We had one minor issue with opening door for the room and staff helped immidiately via whats app, so it was sorted quickly. We were also lucky to have early check in! Staff messaged us when the room was ready so we could enter early. Our room on the second floor was clean, nicely designed (just like in the photos), and the bed was very comfortable with large blanckets. The windows blocked out noise well, but you can also open them a bit for fresh air. The location is fantastic — close to everything. The only small inconvenience was that there’s no luggage storage on-site, but you can leave your bags at a nearby hotel (2-minute walk), which is not too much hassle. Overall, a great stay and would definitely return and definitely recommend!

There was nothing that I didn't like. The staff are very friendly. The facilities are great and accomodation very comfortable.

We loved our 2 night stay at the Unicorn Apartments and wished we could have stayed longer. Our unit (Campden) was much larger than we expected with a full kitchen, living room/dining room. separate bedroom and a 4 piece bathroom almost as large as the bedroom. The bed was extremely comfortable. The views from all the rooms were lovely into the enclosed stone walled garden and patio. The Unicorn is located at the main intersection in Stow-on-the-Wold which made it easy to find and was surprising quiet. We heard no traffic noise during our stay at all. We very much appreciated the free parking in a large lot across the road. It is just a short walk into the market square and to all the lovely and historical cafes, restaurants and stores. We would highly recommend the Unicorn Apartments (and Stow-on-the Wold as a great location to explore the Cotswolds) and hope we get the chance to return soon.
