Very good location, in the city center, walking distance to many attractions, close to train station, 4 train stops from airport. Close to arena birmingham if you are visiting for a concert or other event. The staff was very helpful. Definitely worth it, would visit again.

Hôtel was well situated if traveling by train, next to the station. Electric trams are located outside of the hotel. The hotel was new and very clean and well equipped. The breakfast offered an excellent choice of a buffet style hot and cold, the hot breakfast was hot and not tepid as in other hotels. The breakfast team were very pleasant and smiley, which made us feel very welcome

The room had everything we could think of and the staff was very kind and helpful. We will definitely stay here again next time in London.

Location, Decoration, Attention to Details, Staffs, all very good! I happened to stay when there was a Tube strike, the staff by the entrance went above and beyond, got me a cab from blocks away. I needed to make the business meeting and thanks to him I was able to make it on time. Thank you so much for the staffs, I recommend this hotel 100%. Also the neighborhood of Marylebone is really cute and filled with lovely shops and restaurants. There is even a farmers market on Sundays. Worth checking it out!

It's a beautiful property located within walking distance to everything you need at Stow-on-the-Wold. Very comfortable apartment with great beds and enough space for a family of 4 traveling together. The free parking was an important perk for us as we were driving across the UK during our 2 week stay, and Stow was a place we stopped by for the night. We definitely wished we had stayed longer to not only fully enjoy the town but also the apartment itself.
