Friendly welcome, Rooms are very comfortable and cosy. Bed is comfortable, feather duvets and pillows, quality bedding. We had room 5 at the side of the pub in the more modern part. Think this was quieter than the front rooms (but village road is quiet at night.). All meals were excellent and staff very amenable to personal food choices. We ate in the pub in the evenings, plenty of choice, though menu didn’t vary while we were there. Dog friendly 👍. Staff were all great and willingly shared their local knowledge. Bus X3 has stops nearby for easy access to Canterbury and Faversham. We would happily stay there again.

On a very hot day, the room with air-conditioning was a necessity. Staff was friendly and helpful. We asked for a parking spot (extra pay) and this was a luxury in the busy Margate.

Very comfortable and roomy. Sam the host was very accommodating and communicative. Private off street parking was great. Very well situated for the harbour and Harbour Street’s lovely shops, restaurants and cafes and the High Street as well as the seafront and Tankerton.

A luxurious and very clean loft, which had absolutely everything we could wish for. Beautifully located and with access to multiple hiking trails and public footpaths.
