We had a lovely stay and were made to feel very welcome, despite arriving much later than planned. Great location on the outskirts of Sheffield. Lovely chats with our hostess over breakfast. Natural beauty can be found close by in The Peak District National Park and in the traditional Yorkshire villages and countryside which surrounds Lyndene. The owner is very helpful and gave useful info about places around the town. Also as I came with my dog he gave her a sausage for breakfast!

This cottage is in a very nice location. Sheffield centre is short drive away. There is a grocery shop in walking distance. The area is good to walk around. The rear garden is enclosed so good for dogs to walk free. The interior is nicely decorated.
