It’s a beautiful pub, nicely decorated, even the toilets! Not too many stairs, very clean and spacious rooms. Well cared for and you can tell there is pride in all the service provided by staff. Meals were great, tasty food. Breakfast good, but my scrambled egg was lukewarm and dry and not very much! Staff at breakfast great, Joe was very attentive and had a great manner with guests. Excellent hospitality.

The rooms are very pleasant and comfortable, with all amenities and space to hang things or put bags. Breakfast choices are really good, and the food items are top quality - as are dinner menu items. Good beers and drink selections and a lovely atmosphere in the pub area. When the weather is appropriate there are also plenty of outdoor areas to sit and enjoy the area.
