M'ha agradat tot: la ubicació (entre la part antiga de Tbilisi i la Plaça de la Llibertat), el confort del llit i de l'habitació, la flexibilitat del personal i l'esmorzar. Hi vaig arribar a les 08:30 del matí després de viatjar en tren nocturn de Yerevan a Tbilisi. Em van deixar fer el check-in i accedir a la meva habitació en comptes d'haver d'esperar fins el migdia. Va ser un gest amable.

A beautiful, brand-new hotel with everything fresh and spotless. All staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The lady at breakfast was a ray of sunshine, and the food was delicious. Every extra request like steamer or storing our luggage was gladly accommodated. Highly recommend this lovely place!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. special thanks to Tamara at reception. Location is perfect. a real 10/10. Less than 5min walk to the old town with access to everything in nearby. very very very clean 10/10. Room space, bed, shower, water pressure, etc was very good. we got fresh bottled water everyday. Breakfast was ok. lobby is nice and wifi works well in all areas. it was a very pleasant stay
