A recently renovated property, The LightShouse is situated in Chalkida near Kourenti Beach, Tennis Court and Agiou Nikolaou Square. The apartment is well equipped, comfortable, beautifully decorated and close to the beach. It meets all the conditions for a wonderful vacation. The host was very attentive to us. Located in Galaxidhion, Galaxidaki 1857 guesthouse is a historic guest house that provides free WiFi, and guests can enjoy a garden and a terrace. Galaxidaki is for us the absolutely best place to stay in Galaxidi. It is placed strategically in the liveliest location of the town, yet secluded enough to have peace and serenity. The rooms on the second floor have a stunning view on the city, parts of the pier, the opposite forest and the mountains in the far. Moreover, the rooms are very nicely decorated and equiped, clean, tidy and cozy. It was an absolute pleasure spending time there. The host cared about every little detail and left in the rooms materials on what to see in Galaxidi and the surrounding area. She even left complementary welcome gifts, which is realy heartwarming. The host was also very throughtful of our privacy regarding to agree on times when to refresh the bed sheets. To conclude, being experienced travellers in Greece, I would confidently say that Galaxidaki is among the best accomodations in the country, and would be happy to spend time there again.
