I had a wonderful stay in Ioannina! The apartment was very comfortable and well-equipped. The location was easily accessible, making it convenient to explore the city (aprox. 2 km by car until city centre). I especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, which can be used to prepare meals. The apartment itself was tastefully furnished, with air conditioning, a private bathroom with towels, shower gel, and slippers. Little touches like cotton swabs, free bottled water, candy, baklava, coffee, jam, and bread were a delightful surprise and made me feel very welcome. Communication with the host was excellent – Grigorios and his mother were very responsive and even provided a refill of sweets on one of the days, which was a lovely gesture! Thanks again for everything!

This is the most amazing place I've ever rented anywhere. Super central, 1 minute walk from the lake, 5 min walk from town and supermarkets. The house is beautiful, spacious, clean and with both a large upstairs balcony and a patio terrace in front of the house. Sotiris was kind and very courteous through my stay, no matter the time of day. On a rainy day, he even produced an umbrella from the next door neighbors within minutes. A wonderful place, a wonderful stay and a very very gracious host. Thank you Sotiris!
