The view is simply astonishing and made every moment special. It’s also ideally located near some of the most beautiful beaches in Evia, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable. What truly made our stay exceptional was our host, Dimitrios. He is one of the best hosts I’ve ever encountered — welcoming, helpful, and genuinely kind. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful stay with outstanding hospitality

The property was so lovely, clean and in a gorgeous setting! The staff was friendly and courteous. The food was surprisingly good (I don’t usually put too much stock in hotel restaurants).

We had a lovely stay at 7Syn7. Travelled with my husband, little daughter and parents in law. We arrived a little early on Saturday, but our rooms were ready and waiting for us. Without us explicitly asking for it, we were placed in studios next to each other, so we could use a shared balcony. When they noticed my mother in law's mobility issues, they offered to move us to more accessible and larger (and more expensive rooms) at no additional charge, so we could still stay together. That was a lovely and very kind offer, though wasn't needed and stayed in the rooms originally allocated, which were great. The studio was impeccably clean, and is cleaned daily. Change of sheets and towels takes place every other day. The kitchenette has everything needed for a self-catering stay and is well-equipped. The beds and pillows were comfortable and there was plenty of storage, considering we stayed there for 14 days. The location is convenient for exploring North Evia - in less than 1 hour, you can be at Kavos to explore Lichadonisia, or visit the many great snorkeling beaches in the North West. Supermarkets and Taverns are a short car ride away in Oreoi or Istea. The grounds are very well-maintained and perfect for children. My daughter spent hours playing bare-foot on the lawn, at the swings or in the kids corner (which may have been the toys of the hosts, but they kindly allowed Sophia to play there alomgside their own grandchildren). All in all, we had the most amazing 2 weeks and I would absolutely recommend the place.
