I’ve been traveling 8+ months each year for 7 years and have stayed in 150+ apartments/houses. The LightShouse is one of the very best. Everything meets or exceeds even high expectations. Great communication from the host who will accommodate early arrival and late departure when possible. The apartment is very comfortable, spacious and extremely well equipped. The appliances are high quality and in great condition as is the furniture. The kitchen is very well equipped with utensils and even olive oil, salad vinegar and some herbs/spices. Plus a lot of treats and snacks and some local liqueur & wine. It’s quiet at night even in the room facing the street. Good beds. AC in every room. Good washing machine. Good water pressure and hot water in the shower. Large balcony. Big smart TV in living room and good ones in both bedrooms. Unlike many short term rentals the living room is comfortably furnished and well designed for spending time with family/friends or just relaxing. A beach, some good restaurants and a lively beer pub within a few minutes walk. About a 20 minute walk to the center. Easy parking right at the entrance for small cars. For a very large vehicle lots of free parking within ~100 meters. Really everything is pretty much perfect.

The view from the apartments it's Amazing. The owner is really nice, kind and always ready to offer his support. We spent there a wonderful week.

The hotel is truly right by the sea — you can hear the waves from your balcony, see the endless blue in the morning and the sunset in the evening. The location offers not just relaxation, but a feeling that the sea is an extension of your room. The room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere overall was warm and welcoming. What truly stood out were the people — warm, genuine and attentive, creating an atmosphere that immediately made us feel at home. The food offered a wonderful variety of flavors and freshness that really elevated the whole experience.

The scenery was breathtaking and there are several trails for hiking. The locals are friendly and helpful. Our innkeeper Mrs Konstantina was friendly and treated us with love and attention. She prepared us delicious breakfast every morning and was attentive to our needs throughout the day. In short she treated us like family and greeted us with warmth. We would certainly visit her again should time allow it.

7Syn7 ligger i Oreoí i Euboea, med Tsokaiti-stranden bare 2,1 kilometer unna. Dette overnattingsstedet har gratis WiFi, lekeplass, en hage og gratis privat parkering. We had a lovely stay at 7Syn7. Travelled with my husband, little daughter and parents in law. We arrived a little early on Saturday, but our rooms were ready and waiting for us. Without us explicitly asking for it, we were placed in studios next to each other, so we could use a shared balcony. When they noticed my mother in law's mobility issues, they offered to move us to more accessible and larger (and more expensive rooms) at no additional charge, so we could still stay together. That was a lovely and very kind offer, though wasn't needed and stayed in the rooms originally allocated, which were great. The studio was impeccably clean, and is cleaned daily. Change of sheets and towels takes place every other day. The kitchenette has everything needed for a self-catering stay and is well-equipped. The beds and pillows were comfortable and there was plenty of storage, considering we stayed there for 14 days. The location is convenient for exploring North Evia - in less than 1 hour, you can be at Kavos to explore Lichadonisia, or visit the many great snorkeling beaches in the North West. Supermarkets and Taverns are a short car ride away in Oreoi or Istea. The grounds are very well-maintained and perfect for children. My daughter spent hours playing bare-foot on the lawn, at the swings or in the kids corner (which may have been the toys of the hosts, but they kindly allowed Sophia to play there alomgside their own grandchildren). All in all, we had the most amazing 2 weeks and I would absolutely recommend the place.
