Gràcies pel detall que tingueres el dia del meu aniversari, inobidable! El desdejuni, exquisit, des de la terrassa de la piscina mirant la badia. Els diferents espais comuns i a distints nivells fa que pugues sentir-te relaxat i, fins i tot, en privat. Es pot aparcar a prop tot i estar situat en un carrer estret. L'esforç econòmic que suposa per a uns treballadors com nosaltres allotjar-se al Perantzada ha pagat la pena, sense cap dubte.

This property offers access to a balcony and free private parking.... Homely feel and tasteful furnishings. We loved the lemon trees and herbs outside. The pool was perfect for us and our children. We enjoyed walking to the harbour and just relaxing at the house with our books.

Great location, super well organized including the parking. Charming suite, well equipped kitchen, great bathroom. And a really nice pool for when you don’t want to travel to the beach.

The location of accomodation is excellent: close to the center of Vathy but in a quite road. The house is perfect for 3 persons. It'is equipped with necessary tools that you need for a few days, such as kitchen tools, drying rack, washing machine, hair dryer etc. The hostes were friendly and helpful. They answered immediately for our questions. They helped in everything. We would choose this accomodation again. I recommend everybody.

The air-conditioning in every room, smart TV, friendly owner, and cleaning every few days made our stay a pleasant experience.

Great location, great communication with the host, clean, comfortable, good facilities, everything worked. Had use of the garage for parking. Great outdoor spaces overlooking the water. Location was 1 street back from the main road, so little noise. Walking distance to town. Lots of restaurant and bar choices. Vathy is a good town to use as a base for exploring. Situated in Vathi, Ithaka, 2.9 km from Sarakiniko Beach and 700 metres from Port of Ithaki, Epicharis Studios features accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning and a garden. The host, Mrs. Epicharis, was very kind and accommodating. She greeted us each morning and always made sure we had everything we needed. She even welcomed us to pick fresh fruit from her tree. The house was filled with natural light, the bed was comfy, and the kitchen was well-equipped with the essentials for cooking. The house was very clean! Sea and mountain view from the living room. Nets in every window! Both the refrigerator and the bedroom’s A/C were brand new. Parking right outside the house.
