Just finished our holiday stay in Kaktus and all we can say about the place, it's marvelous. The villa is brand new, very spacious, beautifully furnished with all that u need, cosy indoor and outdoor area. We had a great time by the pool. The breakfast included was delicious and enough for all of us. They clean every day and change linen and towels every time you need it. Definitely recommend and definitely will visit again. The location is on a short car trip to all the best beaches and beach bars in the area. Of course you can walk to the best taverns in the village for 5-10m max.

A wonderful place to relax and enjoy Pefkochori! We were really impressed by the cleanliness and everything perfectly maintained throughout our stay. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. The location is just a short walk from the beach and only one minute from a supermarket.

Our appartement was very stylish and modern, large and spotless clean. Kitchen was well equipped, but you can also order something from the bar. It was really luxuryous to have a private pool (some are heated, definately worth it in octobre) and the view is absolutely outstanding. Each appartement has seaview and from some places you can see athos mountain at the horizon. What a beautiful scenery! The surrounding is absolutely quiet and beautiful, you reach a small and clean beach in 1min walking distance and larger beaches 10min by car. Owners and staff are nice and very helpful, if you have questions or problems just ask them, they will find a solution. Breakfast was also a great experience, it is delivered to your room and you can choose between many options of greek specialitys, bread, eggs, yoghurt, fresh fruit, juices, cakes and much more and it was plenty and fresh. You need a car to get around, but we loved being "away from everything" and enjoyed the beautiful nature and quietness.

Everything was just as we expected from the photos—clean, comfortable, and fully equipped. Our host was very friendly and gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and the best beaches, which really enhanced our experience. The view of the sea from the property was stunning, and we loved spending our evenings outside, relaxing and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere, or going for a swim. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday.
