The resort is in a remote area, quiet, you just hear the sound of crickets and cicadas. It's close enough to the marina bay of Vourkari and also within walking distance of Gialiskariou Beach. There was more than enough room in the apartment and we managed to do breakfast in our apartment every morning before heading out. We had a cat that stayed on our terrace for the entirety of our stay and kept us company during breakfast and in the evenings. There are a lot of cats on site but this one seemed to belong to the apartment. Our apartment was cleaned daily. The host was very nice and helped call a taxi for us when we needed one but also gave us tips for places to visit, trusted car rental companies and taxi details for both the island and mainland Greece. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this to anyone! We will likely be back if we ever choose Kea again. :)

We enjoyed the hammock near the pool and the short hiking trail down to the sea. The house can be reached after a lengthy stretch of very rough dirt road with holes and rocks. So bring everything you need for your stay.

We were welcomed by Alexandria who led us to the property, the views were beautiful , very clean ;water and a couple of bottles wine in fridge .everything you would need and more a very comfortable bed , air con , nice outside spaces with sun beds close to beach and Tavernas Lots to see on island . The hostess was really friendly and welcomed us with a huge smile! The apartment is new, extremely clean and very very well equipped!! I would definitely recommend, and choose it again in a future stay!!

Of course, there are stairs to get there; however, the comments on location are totally irrelevant, since this is the case for EVERY single room in Chora. The centre of every island, including Kea, has been built on top since ancient times. That’s why there are stairs. If you want to stay in the centre, an uphill should be expected and it’s part of the charm and history of the place.
