A recently renovated apartment located in Minia, Spasmata Village studios only adults features a garden. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. It was a nice place in a location next to the beach, 7km from Argostoli (15 mins driving). Very clean, bedsheets and towels changed almost everyday. The owner very friendly and helpful and so was the staff. Pet friendly. There is a beach next to the apartments with a beach bar in case you don't want to go far away for a swim.

Liana and Spyros were very kind and helpful, they always replied to our questions in a few hours. They helped in finding a good car rental company, finding our way around the island and its sights. They even let us wash our rental car with the garden hose and stay in the room a few more hours because there was no booking right after us.

The parking, well manicured gardens, the room well equipped with coffee presses, air fryer, toast maker, cleanliness of room..pool area was excellent for long days at the beach when u just want to come back and relax..very quiet. Mini market next door has all ur basics and more.
