It was a nice place in a location next to the beach, 7km from Argostoli (15 mins driving). Very clean, bedsheets and towels changed almost everyday. The owner very friendly and helpful and so was the staff. Pet friendly. There is a beach next to the apartments with a beach bar in case you don't want to go far away for a swim.

The owner was so friendly and helpful. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable with a beautiful view. There was air conditioning and a place to hang dry clothing and towels off the balcony. The value for the cost was great. The location was good, private parking on the property was easily available.

It’s a beautiful property with modern facilities. Everything was so tidy and the family who run it all seem very kind and were very helpful! It was the ideal stay for being by the airport and there is a restaurant next to the airport, as well as the mini market attached to the studios however you may need a car to head to other places other than airport etc.

Her hospitality made all the difference and truly elevated our experience. The breakfasts were exceptional — fresh, delicious, and made with care. Every morning felt like a treat. The location is also ideal — peaceful, yet close to everything. Whether you’re exploring the area or just looking to unwind, this place has it all. Honestly, if you’re thinking about booking, stop thinking and just do it. Rouchotas Apartment is a gem, and you absolutely won’t be disappointed. We can’t wait to come back

The host were amazing. Even though our flight got in late they still managed to meet us with the keys, the place is spotless and the grounds are very well kept. The walk to the beach is like 2 minutes!! I am definitely going to be staying here again. Thank you for being amazing!!
