This is a great property just walking distance from the Kos international airport. 15 mins drive from the magnificent Agia Stefanos beach. We loved the place , super clean and if you stay on the ground floor you have a private gated parking spot! Excellent value for money. Panagiotis is a great guy and has been super helpful at all times. We stayed at this place one night to spend some time in the wonderful Kos island before taking our flight to Italy. POLITIS STUDIOS, a property with a garden, is located in Kefalos, 200 metres from Paralia Kefalos Beach, 15 km from Mill of Antimachia, as well as 20 km from Antimachia Castle. Everything. Remarkably clean with modern amenities and a beautiful view. Property controllers are wonderful.

Kochylari Apartments, a property with a bar, is situated in Kefalos, 700 metres from Kohilari Beach, 14 km from Mill of Antimachia, as well as 19 km from Antimachia Castle. We loved everything about this stay! We spent a week here at the end of July and it was simply perfect. The house has every comfort you could need, it’s very clean and furnished in a modern style. There’s also a huge patio outside, which was amazing. The location is really strategic: it’s in an elevated area, quiet and isolated, so you definitely need a car to get around, but it’s great because it’s close to all the most beautiful beaches of Kos, including Paradise Beach which is only a 5-minute drive away. The property is family-run and we enjoyed both their private beach club — which was wonderful, as the beach is not touristy and never crowded, making it perfect for relaxing — and their restaurant, where the food was truly excellent and of very high quality. One of the best parts of our trip was definitely the staff: we felt so warmly welcomed, and they were always ready to help us with anything we needed. Highly recommended, we would definitely come back!

Situated within 3.5 km of Asclepieion of Kos and 4.2 km of Kos Port, Ta Spitakia offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Kos Town. A real hideaway. Close enough to town, but a fantastic calm location set inside a beautiful garden estate. Clean, fantastically fresh with the AC. Every amenity taken care of. Sun loungers to bench swings. Cooking appliances and fridge freezer were perfect.

Featuring a terrace with mountain views, a garden and barbecue facilities, Level Houses can be found in Kefalos, close to Paralia Kefalos Beach and 16 km from Mill of Antimachia. The communication with Mr Angelos was great, we arrived from Kos by bus and found Level Houses easily. The concept of small connected houses is really cool. Each "apartment" has three levels and two terraces that allow guests to enjoy the shade/sun depending on their preferences. The bed was really comfortable and the decor simple but nice. We were welcomed by the owner's lovely mother who left us some cookies and a homemade jam as a gift which was a pleasant surprise.

The family-run Kos Island Studios is located in the village of Kefalos, 300 metres away from Kamari Beach. It offers self-catering accommodation and it has a garden with seating area and sun beds. Great breakfast a few choices with fresh fruit and good coffee.
