We loved the place , super clean and if you stay on the ground floor you have a private gated parking spot! Excellent value for money. Panagiotis is a great guy and has been super helpful at all times. We stayed at this place one night to spend some time in the wonderful Kos island before taking our flight to Italy. Emanuel was the best host we ever had - he really has solutions for every situation! The apartment is clean & has an amazing view. It is located very close to the center, but is far enough to stay away from the noise. You have your private beach, the sea is clean and very nice. We will definitely come back!

We spent a week here at the end of July and it was simply perfect. The house has every comfort you could need, it’s very clean and furnished in a modern style. There’s also a huge patio outside, which was amazing. The location is really strategic: it’s in an elevated area, quiet and isolated, so you definitely need a car to get around, but it’s great because it’s close to all the most beautiful beaches of Kos, including Paradise Beach which is only a 5-minute drive away. The property is family-run and we enjoyed both their private beach club — which was wonderful, as the beach is not touristy and never crowded, making it perfect for relaxing — and their restaurant, where the food was truly excellent and of very high quality. One of the best parts of our trip was definitely the staff: we felt so warmly welcomed, and they were always ready to help us with anything we needed. Highly recommended, we would definitely come back!

Beds are excellent, as well as all room furniture that is looking new and functional. Bathroom is also right sized for one person, shower is great, big and with water temperature easily adjustable and always constant. balcony with seaview, where have morning breakfast and chill at evening, is just perfect.
