The location is great, right next to the beach, market, restaurants and bus stop.

We loved everything about this stay! We spent a week here at the end of July and it was simply perfect. The house has every comfort you could need, it’s very clean and furnished in a modern style. There’s also a huge patio outside, which was amazing. The location is really strategic: it’s in an elevated area, quiet and isolated, so you definitely need a car to get around, but it’s great because it’s close to all the most beautiful beaches of Kos, including Paradise Beach which is only a 5-minute drive away. The property is family-run and we enjoyed both their private beach club — which was wonderful, as the beach is not touristy and never crowded, making it perfect for relaxing — and their restaurant, where the food was truly excellent and of very high quality. One of the best parts of our trip was definitely the staff: we felt so warmly welcomed, and they were always ready to help us with anything we needed. Highly recommended, we would definitely come back!

The place is gorgeous! Quiet and so peaceful. Natzeem and Kallia are helpful and charming.. 5 min drive to the nearest town (Kos). I highly recommend.

The staff was just fabulous. We arrived a little early from the airport and they told us that we can leave our luggage with them and go to the beach (they even offered us towels!) until check in is ready. Once at the beach I received a message that we could check in already, over one hour before official check in time. Communication at this point was great! The room was very spacious and clean! Beds were super comfortable too. Plus the location so close to the beach, meny restaurants and shops was a huge plus. Every one was always super friendly and the room got cleaned every day to our surprise, as the rooms are apartments and this is not a hotel. Plus they changed the towels every two days! All in all this stay was such an amazing value for the money! We will definitely return. Thanks for everything!

Natasha met us at the airport on arrival and it set the perfect tone for our stay! Our whole family loved it! The beach was great. We loved Anna's the restaurant downstairs. The location was perfect!

The communication with Mr Angelos was great, we arrived from Kos by bus and found Level Houses easily. The concept of small connected houses is really cool. Each "apartment" has three levels and two terraces that allow guests to enjoy the shade/sun depending on their preferences. The bed was really comfortable and the decor simple but nice. We were welcomed by the owner's lovely mother who left us some cookies and a homemade jam as a gift which was a pleasant surprise.

O Panorama Studios é uma propriedade de gerência familiar com vista panorâmica para o Mar Egeu, localizado no cabo de Kefalos Village, em Kos. The location of Panorama Studio is simply marvelous. Sevi and her housband Theo are super hosts, always available to help and accomodate all requests. The breakfast was also excellent with a lot of local specialties home made by Ekaterina (Sevi's mother). A special thanks also to Diamatis (Sevi's father) who rented us a car at good conditions. Overall it was a perfect stay and I highly recommend this accomodation for a relaxing holiday in the nicest area of Kos.

O Kos Island Studios, de gerência familiar, está localizado na aldeia de Kéfalos, a 300 m da praia de Kamari. The owners were really friendly, they were able to help with any questions we had. The breakfast was very good with a changing variation each morning. The beach was a 10-minute-walk from the apartment.
