Beautifully decorated and comfortable hotel a few minutes outside Gythio. George was superb on the front desk and a great help with local info. Delicious breakfast wonderfully served in my lovely room. Great little terrace and a lovely pair of daybeds just inside which must be lovely in the summer. Perfect place to await the ferry to Crete

La Familia Luxury Private Maisonettes near the sea ligger i Jýthio i Peloponnes, med Mavrovouni strand bare 3 minutters gange unna. My wife and I absolutely loved this little rental! Everything was new, clean and beautiful! What really put the cherry on top was the breakfast with Katerina and Petros. This couple was so kind to us! Katerina made us the most wonderful breakfast! Our only regret is not being more fluent Greek speakers. We would have loved to get to know them better.

I Porto Kagio, 1 minutters gange fra Porto Kayio-stranden, ligger Porto Kale Guesthouse, som har en hage, gratis privat parkering, et privat strandområde og en terrasse. We stayed for one night (but I wish we’d stayed for two nights at least). Porto Kagio is a very small intimate charming little village stretched across the beach of a small cove. A wonderful getaway spot with stunning views on the approach. The owner Panayioti was kind and generous, offering to help with our bags then bringing us coffee on our patio. Our room was charming and well appointed, with a cupboard, a desk, a suitcase rack, and a little fridge. Clean with a comfortable bed. We had a patio with a sea view and we were a short stroll to the beach. Breakfast was served on the top floor patio although the owner offered to serve us on our patio. Breakfast itself was fine although myself I would have liked some fresh fruit too. We did an easy walk around to the point where there is a little church and a stunning view back to the cove. We ate fresh and perfectly cooked fish at Taverna Porto right on the beach. An enjoyable time altogether.

YeeOn Boutique Hotel, Gythio - Historic Hotels of Europe ligger i Jýthio, 2,1 kilometer fra Selinitsas-stranden, og har en bar, røykfrie rom og gratis WiFi over hele overnattingsstedet. We greatly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. Note we were here at the end of November so our experience may differ a bit for those coming in peak season for things like parking. We had a balcony with sea view room which was spectacular. We were easily able to find nearby parking. Not all restaurants were still open but there was enough variety to have enjoyable meals We took a day trip to Monemvasia which I highly recommend. A few other notes… -Staff is very friendly and helpful. They brought us up to the room to show us how everything works. This was helpful as I may not have found the towel warmer on switch if it hadn’t been shown. -Comfortable beds -Very good breakfast which included eggs made to order. I love starting my day with an omelette. The view is also very nice from the breakfast area. -We booked some time in the private pool. It was a nice relaxing priority

I Jýthio, 2,7 kilometer fra Selinitsas-stranden, ligger Mani Luxury Suites and Studios in Gytheio with Private Pools, som har et utendørsbasseng, gratis privat parkering og en terrasse. Very nice place, big apartment with place for everybody and an amazing view of Gighio marine. The small pool was great snd refreshing.

Sophia Areopoli Town Square ligger i Areópoli, 11 kilometer fra Grottene i Diros, og har gratis WiFi og hage med en terrasse. Fantastic! Just right in the center of Areopolis! I felt really “living slow” while staying at Sophia’s Town square apartment. It had a big bed, bug bathroom and lovely seating area outside in the garden. I really give thumbs up for Nicoletta being so accommodating! She helped me to settle everything in place when my trip to Areopolis was going all wrong!

It was located on the second floor and had all the amenities, including spices and olive oil, for cooking. The location was nice because it was just outside of the center of Gythio away from the hussel. You will need a car to get around.
