We had a great communication with the host via messages. We got clear and quick directions for the keys and possibility for parking. The apartment is clean and big enough for two adults and one child (initially I was reluctant to book because of the many comments here saying it is small), even has a small balcony. Indeed the bathroom is pretty small, but totally manageable for a short stay. The building is close to the city center, surrounded by small shops, caffes and restaurants.

Green Land Apartments enjoys a location in Kalamata, a 11-minute walk from Benakeion Archaeological Museum of Kalamata and 0.7 miles from Military Museum of Kalamata.

nice hotel, very small in the middle of the city with parking, very large bathroom, staff was amazing! Breakfast was perfect. Room was very comfortable. Beds were comfortable and it’s tidy clean.

Very beautiful & clean apartment with nice decor & books on Greece! Loved meeting the very friendly owner, Giorgos, who showed us all amenities upon check-in! We appreciated his wife's special touches & thoughtfulness with supplies anyone would need! There were Greek cookies, coffee, & chilled water bottles awaiting us that we enjoyed during our short stay. We utilized the small washer & the multiple, long, outdoor drying lines for hanging laundry on the side of the house with morning sun. The terrace was large & inviting. We also liked the larger shower (with bathtub) in the spacious bathroom and that a rollaway bed was set up in a corner of the living room for my adult son. So kind of the owner to upgrade our accommodation to the larger apartment "Stepfane," which gave us 3 adults more room since the larger bed for my husband & I was in a bedroom.

The apartment was a little haven of comfort and luxury which we enjoyed very much. Its proximity to the sea (although we didn't have too many occasions to go swimming because storm Daniel came along), its superb interior decoration, the perfect beds and pillows (I also highly appreciated having insect nets), being able to fall asleep on the sound of waves etc - we loved everything. There is no breakfast included in the stay but I recommend a nice spot nearby: cafe Kafenio.
