Their welcome pack which included a guide leaflet and a map added a nice touch too!

يقع مكان إقامة "Ammoa Beach Residences" في Vayia، ويبعد مسافة 20 م عن شاطئ فاغيا (Vagia Beach) و9.4 كم عن مناجم سيريفوس القديمة. Ammoa residences was located on one of the best beaches in Serifos! We were able to walk to the beach within a couple of minutes and return back to the house whenever we felt. It was very relaxing and my family enjoyed the quiet time there. Vasilis was very helpful in letting us know some of the best places to eat and visit. The home was fully stocked with a stove, fridge, Kurig coffee machine with pods, coffee pot, all cutlery and dishes. House was also comfortable for a family of 6 and had a great layout. We enjoyed the patio facing the beach. Definitely will come back!

We had a stunning sea view room that felt like waking up in a postcard every morning — the Aegean Sea shimmering just beyond our balcony. Every single aspect of our stay was handled with impeccable care and attention to detail. The hospitality was warm, genuine, and truly exceptional. From reception to room service, the team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for — a rare level of excellence that makes all the difference.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this property.

The hosts ( especially Linda)were truly outstanding – attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. Their warm welcome and thoughtful support throughout my stay made us feel immediately at ease and exceptionally well cared for. Breakfast was another highlight. Each morning a generous and beautifully prepared selection was offered, with fresh and high-quality ingredients. It was clear that great attention and pride were taken in ensuring an excellent start to the day.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, communication was perfect, the room was spotless, and the owners were readily available to assist. I wholeheartedly recommend it without any hesitation.

It's definitely styled in the classic old Greek way so you have to be ready to be into that retro feel but the location is so awesome right in the center of the Port town and it's huge with a big bathroom and a washing machine full kitchen balcony that you can't really complain because the price and location is just perfect you are about a 15-minute walk to the city beach and I would definitely recommend renting a car to see the nearby beaches and ancient hilltop town.

Lovely, peaceful place at the far end of the port beach - but only a few minutes walk to the port, restaurants, and shops. There are other beaches within walking distance - or you can catch a beach bus from the port. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Many thanks for a very restful few days.
