First time we went to Halkidiki and definitely we will come again! Agapaki studios is very modern and comfortable place to stay. Everything is new, we have found anything we needed. Communication with the hosts was very easy and productive. Mariam from reception was very kind and helpful. She can speak in few languages so people can easily communicate with her and get any help they may need. I highly recommend Agapaki Studios to anyone who prefers to live in modern, comfortable and clean house, just like me). Beautiful beaches around, bakery, kiosk is very close to the building. 10 minutes of walk to the taverns and town center. Always ample space for parking as well. In one word - hopefully we will find any available apartments next time we'll have holiday because with such a high level of cleanliness and comfort, everything will be booked I'm afraid. Very quiet and relaxing place with big garden and beautiful nature around. Nearest beach is 7 min walk and with a car you can get to many beaches on Sitonia. Thanks a lot to Gerakina and her family for warm welcome! The rooms have all you may need inside like tableware and kitchen staff, and is very clean.

Excellent apartments for your trip to Nikiti! The location is near to the center and it’s not noisy like in the main streets. You are 10 minute walk away from the beach. Parking on the side is totally fine and safe. Super clean room, comfy, spacious and very friendly owner and staff. I fully recommend it! 😊
