This is a great spot to get away from the crowds on the West End and in French Harbour. It's close to Punta Gorda and high up in the hills, with a great view of the ocean from the deck. The apartment is spacious, with beautiful, handmade furniture. Taz was an amazing host, even building me a fire to grill some steaks. Highly recommended!

Arca features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a restaurant and bar in West Bay. I lived in Phuket Thailand for over 4 years and Arca has the same vibe and style as many other hotels and places in Phuket so for me Arca is simply the most beautiful place to visit in Roatán so far!

Set in Sandy Bay, less than 1 km from Sandy Bay Beach, Roatan Backpackers' Hostel offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. Perfect, quiet location away from the tourist zones. I stayed here for one night after flying into Roatan to catch the ferry to Utila. While I had done this before and knew how to arrange taxis, ferry services and such they arranged those things for me and at cheaper price, which made things so much smoother for me. The owner and her son were so kind and hospitable. They gave me info on visa processes and even suggest a good lawyer in Tegucigalpa to help if I needed it in the future. Can’t recommend this place enough!
