The rooms are new, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need. There is a big parking lot near the complex, where you are allowed to park, for free. The beach is nearby, and the location is pretty quiet, so you can have a decent sleep. All in all, a good location and the apartments are very nice.

This is really a 5 star camping site. Mobile homes are clean and tidy. The food in the restaurant is out of this world, very fresh and delicious. The beaches are clean and there is plenty of space for children and pets. Definitely a gem worth visiting.

The property was perfect for our short stay! The neighborhood itself was very quiet and relaxing. Plus, only a 3 minute drive to the nearest large supermarket. Bathroom/Shower - very spacious and newly remodeled. Living Room - again, very clean with an air conditioner directly next to the bedroom. Kitchen - had all the necessities of plates, silverware, microwave, induction, pots, refrigerator, you name it.

We absolutely loved this apartment! I was pleasantly surprised by how well-equipped it was – from a dishwasher and wireless vacuum to a coffee machine. On top of that, the host kindly left us coffee capsules, a few washing machine pods, and dishwasher pods. Such a thoughtful touch for a short stay – it saved us from having to buy full packs of supplies. Zeljka, the owner, was always clear and quick to reply to messages, and Lino, the host, was incredibly welcoming. He gave us all the information we needed and was available any time we had a question. We also had complete privacy during our stay, which we really appreciated. And the large balcony overlooking the beautifully maintained garden, full of plants and flowers, was simply perfect. We truly wish we could have stayed longer, but unfortunately, holidays must come to an end. Thank you again, Zeljka and Lino – we really hope to come back soon!

B&B La Perla 1 oferece um terraço e fica em Punat, a 12 minutos a pé de Pila Beach e a 2,5 km e a Marina Punat. Really nice Bed&Breakfast - very good value for money, extensive breakfast buffet with eggs made to order. The staff was delightful and very helpful, very personal. Also the rooms were simple but very clean. The small pool was refreshing after visiting the beach. Several very good restaurants within walking distance. If you want to visit more secluded beaches you need to drive there. Overall highly recommended. :))

Good layout of rooms in apartament, there are no tight angles or narrow corridors. Quite a big pool openned all day long (on the contrary to siesta time in Italy when almost every facility has a mid-day break). Also very efficient air conditioning and zero problems with Internet connection.
