The neighborhood itself was very quiet and relaxing. Plus, only a 3 minute drive to the nearest large supermarket. Bathroom/Shower - very spacious and newly remodeled. Living Room - again, very clean with an air conditioner directly next to the bedroom. Kitchen - had all the necessities of plates, silverware, microwave, induction, pots, refrigerator, you name it.

We absolutely loved this apartment! I was pleasantly surprised by how well-equipped it was – from a dishwasher and wireless vacuum to a coffee machine. On top of that, the host kindly left us coffee capsules, a few washing machine pods, and dishwasher pods. Such a thoughtful touch for a short stay – it saved us from having to buy full packs of supplies. Zeljka, the owner, was always clear and quick to reply to messages, and Lino, the host, was incredibly welcoming. He gave us all the information we needed and was available any time we had a question. We also had complete privacy during our stay, which we really appreciated. And the large balcony overlooking the beautifully maintained garden, full of plants and flowers, was simply perfect. We truly wish we could have stayed longer, but unfortunately, holidays must come to an end. Thank you again, Zeljka and Lino – we really hope to come back soon!

Apresentando um terraço, B&B La Perla 1 situa-se em Punat, a 12 minutos a pé de Praia Pila e a 2,5 km de Marina de Punat. Great big rooms, nice breakfast and the pool was excellent after a day at the beach. Parking included and VERY friendly and professional staff. Less than 10 min walk to the gorgeous stony beaches and great restaurants. Could not be better
