The Old Rectory Donard ligger i Dún Ard i Wicklow County, med Punchestown Racecourse bare 28 kilometer unna. We had a fabulous two nights with family in the Old Rectory. It was our second time staying here and the first time in the larger chalet. We also rented the one bed apartment to accommodate the group. Both properties were so well furnished, so thoughtfully laid out, comfortable and warm (in spite of the frosty weather!). Martin and Harriett are such lovely hosts, so helpful yet you feel you have lots of space to relax and unwind. Scenic and peaceful surroundings, a real tonic for the soul. Highly recommend visiting the nearby stone circle if you get a chance. We'll definitely be back!

I Carnew, 17 kilometer fra Altamont Gardens, ligger Woodleigh Happy House, som har en hage, gratis privat parkering og en terrasse. I had a lovely one-night stay here - would love to return for a longer stay! Very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Just a short drive to town (groceries, restaurants, etc).

Bare 20 kilometer fra Wicklow Gaol og 35 kilometer fra National Garden Exhibition Centre ligger Tranquil Tigín - your Little Holiday in Wicklow, som har gratis WiFi og en terrasse. A unique setting and accomodation, very clean and comfortable furnishings. Good communication from owners of assistance if needed. Kitchen was functional with all crockery available as needed. Fire pit was was a lovely addition enjoyed under festoon lighting. I would highly recommend a stay in Tranquil Tigín.

Felicity Cottage, W91 D1W3 ligger i Kiltegan, 27 kilometer fra Carlow Golf Club, 29 kilometer fra Carlow College, og 29 kilometer fra Carlow Courthouse. It was what we expected: country house in nice village Kiltegan with access to Wicklow Mountains. We have not only access to the room but also to kitchenette. The breakfast were delicious, varied and gave energy for the whole day. An additional attraction was a dog and four cats (we met only two of them). Finally - creme de la creme - Nikola prepared delicious fruit tarts for us. There is many atractions in vincinity: Wicklow Mountains of Devil Glen Waterfall and trail - very nice hiking.

It was comfortable, cozy and warm with the heating on, very quiet and peaceful, just as I had hoped for it to be. I would have liked for there to be a kettle but heating water in a saucepan was just as good. Someone else mightn't prefer to wait 10 min for a cuppa but they would have to bring their own. Apart from that, all details were thoughtfully put down in the message to me, I was well looked after.
