Very good experience, roomy and clean apartment, great design. Has all the essential facilities (dishes, hot plate for Shabbat). Great location, very close to a park. Overall great experience, will visit again. We even got a key for Shabbat, good accommodations for observant Jews.

The staff here are absolutely fantastic. They treat you like family, especially Yahyah. He really helped me out in a difficult situation after losing my passport - without the hotel staff's help, it would have been a much more difficult experience. If coming back to Jerusalem I would definitely stay here again.
