Opened in June 2018, Hotel 1001 Nott offers modern accommodation 5 km from Egilsstadir. The hotel features outdoor hot tubs overlooking Lake Lagarfljót. There is also an on-site bar. Nice hotel with great view of the lake. Super friendly staff who offered a golf car to carry our luggages into the rooms. GREAT breakfast, very high quality, with omelette/fried eggs made to order.

Boasting a garden, Krákhamar Apartments provides accommodation in Djúpivogur area with free WiFi and sea views. With mountain views, this accommodation features a terrace. The farm and surrounding fjord and landscape was amazing - I really wasn’t expecting it. Very beautiful to wander around that evening and on the morning. Facilities were good and they even had filter coffee and tea available.

This hostel is located on Berunes farm by the Ring Road and is 45 km from the village of Djúpivogur. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen, and lounges. Free WiFi is available. Very nice hotel on the coast of fjord. I guess it used to be a farm that later converted in a accomodation place. Now it still keep vintage place charm. We stopped in the family studio, that have a two floors and fully equipped kitchen. View was amazing.

Nastanitev Fjalladýrð Hotel se nahaja v mestu Modrudalur in ponuja vrt ter restavracijo. Uporabljate lahko brezplačen WiFi in brezplačno zasebno parkirišče, na voljo pa je tudi terasa. The entire hotel was amazing. The rooms were really nice and clean. There was a common area with a kitchenette and some sofas where we ended up spending our evening. There is also a restaurant where we had dinner and breakfast. The food was great. Overall, it was an amazing stay with great views.

Nastanitev Undiraldan - Steinholt, old music school se nahaja v mestu Seyðisfjörður v regiji Austurland in ima verando ter razgled na mesto. Gem in East - small town with harbor and history, hiking tracks, restaurants plus excellent place to stay. Spacious and well equipped place, where our family would have wanted to stay for longer. Furniture and interior design was so nice, cosy and all details seemed to be considered to be suitable for this area.

Nastanitev Starmýri 2 Cottages se nahaja v mestu Starmýri in ponuja brezplačen WiFi ter pogled na gore. Absolutely the best of all accomodations we've had during our Ring Road tour. The cottage was absolutely stunning and cozy, with all amenities a guest would need. The surrounding area was gorgeous and the hosts were extremely accommodating, even going as far as lending us duct tape to fix a pair of our boots.

Nastanitev Skorrahestar se nahaja v mestu Neskaupstaður v regiji Austurland in ponuja brezplačen WiFi, brezplačno zasebno parkirišče ter dostop do vroče kopeli. Skorrahestar is a gem. From the warm greeting by the owners who treat you like family to the excellent beds and showers to the exceptional breakfast (mostly home made from scratch) we had the most wonderful time. You also get full access to the huge and more than well equipped kitchen so you can prepare your own meals. Going riding is a pleasure as well, the horses are well schooled and the surroundings are beautiful. We will definitely go back there next time we're in the East Fjords.
