We did not select the option with breakfast but passing by the breakfast counter, i can assure you that you should definitely consider that option for the variety of the mouth watering cakes, brioches, etc. present Toledo metro station, as well as all kinds of typical small restaurants and pizzerie and "pasticcerie" are withing a few meters and all attractions are within walking distance, including Spaccanapoli attractions and monuments.
