Parking is included and big spaces available within the premises. If you have expensive bicycles have the option to bring them in the flat, as we have done or there is a secure storage place to store them overnight. The lovely couple, the hosts, are part of package and they will make everything for you to make you feel welcome. A dream location, do not hesitate to book.

Great people and great hosts! They are taking very good care of guests and sharing all infos about the island. First time for us and definitely going back at the Locanda.

Featuring a shared lounge and views of city, Residenza Portoferraio is a bed and breakfast situated in a historic building in Portoferraio, 6.3 km from Villa San Martino. The location was perfect and ample food and drink was always available. The air conditioning worked fine and if I wanted to sleep in the early evening, I could close the windows and it was quiet.

We asked if there was any mold to make ice and one of the hosts went out of their way to go buy some for us! The apartments are newly renovated and tastefully decorated, a rare find in Elba. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment has everything you need for your stay, even a bluetooth speaker! The view is priceless. If you want peace and tranquility only 9 minutes away from Porto Azzuro, this is your place. Enjoy your breakfast or the sunset with the view over the harbor and scent of wild herbs and flowers. 10/10

Set within 2.5 km of Ottone Beach and 7.3 km of Villa San Martino, Agriturismo Montefabbrello offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Magazzini. This was a wonderful place to stay on Elba Island. Secluded and quiet and the perfect escape. Very welcoming staff and a wonderful restaurant and meals! Would highly recommend this to any travelers!

Situated in Porto Azzurro in the Elba region and Spiaggia la Rossa reachable within 800 metres, Elba Vip features accommodation with free WiFi, a children's playground, an infinity pool and free... We really enjoyed our stay at Elba Vip. We especially liked the well-designed complex with two immaculately clean salt-water pools, the garden, and underground garages. The apartments are packed together but still well insulated (quiet even in high season). We enjoyed the helpful staff and the location to town, grocery, and nature. The cooperation with the neighboring vineyard for nature walks and runs was great. For daily off road Jogging a great location.

Set in Portoferraio, 5.4 km from Villa San Martino, al 28 B&B offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. It is located 22 km from Cabinovia Monte Capanne and provides a shared kitchen. Breakfast are exceptional good. Cereal and fruit are fresh. Homemade cakes daily, freshly warm bread with homemade jams and delicious cooked breakfast. Hostess and husband are excellent hosts.
