I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable atmosphere. The parking was convenient and easy to access. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. Additionally, the staff was friendly and attentive, making the overall experience very pleasant. I super love their staff. The hosts Paulene and Suzana were excellent. They were nice, friendly, warm and welcoming. As we got in early they allowed us to store our luggage with them and they brought our bags up to the room when it was ready. The room was excellent. I love that the windows when opened can hear people chatting outside or singers just singing beautiful songs. Bed and pillows were comfy. Clean. Bathroom clean too and large. Tub was a nice touch. Overall will come back and better yet will share with the office and with my friends and family.

It it located on the 5th floor of a charming building - to me it looks like rooms converted from what used to be a lovely big apartment. The building has a grand spiral staircase at the main entrance. This spiral staircase lead all the way up…but not to worry, there is an escalator that will take you up! It is so different from the usual commercially run hotels. We feel like we are living in a lovely apartment unit in the heart of Milan. The whole place has a homey feel - so warm, cosy and inviting. The owners - Fabio and his wife, Imma, a lovely young couple, run the place and are friendly and helpful. To top it off, the metro station is located right close by…a couple of minutes walk. We are so happy that we stayed here!
