The hotel staff from the reception to the restaurant to the housekeepers is perfect. Anything I asked for I get it ASAP. The owner Francisco and his mother is a leader not a boss and all his staff is like a family. Thanks to the whole QUERCETTA family starting from the reception Giorgia,Jacomo, Eleonora & Martina. The Chefs Giovanni, Lorenzo & Elisabetta. I try all the menu plus the Chef was making always a surprise dishes and all what I can say WOWWWWW. Set in a 12th-century building in Gubbio, Nikis Resort has 2 pools, 3 bars and a restaurant. It offers free WiFi and air-conditioned accommodation with wooden-beam ceilings. This resort is a gem. Beautiful views of the Tuscan hills of Umbria and superb meals and wines wrapped in the helpful personality of all the staff. Would definitely return.

Beautiful apartments with a wonderful atmosphere, excellent breakfast. Perfect location in the center of the historic city, a few steps from the magnificent cathedral.

Fantastic brand new hotel, beautiful setting and architecture, friendly & welcoming staff, great rooms and top breakfast. 10/10. Only issue: I stayed only one night, should have stayed longer!

We loved everything about our stay at Il Sogno Umbro. The rooms and surroundings are incredibly cozy and inviting, and the location is so close to Orvieto that it's an easy walk into town. But the icing on the cake is the host and his family. Carlo delivers a personal service that's above and beyond anything you can expect - he does it all with a smile and a kindness that makes you feel so welcome and relaxed. We'll definitely be coming back
