She has an incredible ability to make guests feel relaxed, valued, and truly welcomed. I would also like to express my deep appreciation to Mr. Anas Bseiso, Restaurant Manager, who delivered a truly remarkable dining experience. His service was unique and highly professional, and both he and his team demonstrated excellence, attention to detail, and true hospitality. Additionally, my sincere thanks to Mr. Bassem Mhadeitat, the other Restaurant Manager, who welcomed us with wonderful hospitality and a constant, genuine smile that reflected the high standards of the hotel. The tents were clean and comfortable, offering the perfect balance of authenticity and convenience. Dinner under the stars, especially the traditional Zarb, was a highlight. The staff were friendly and welcoming, ensuring every detail was taken care of. Watching the sunset and then stargazing in the tranquil desert made the stay truly magical. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Wadi Rum.
