The town itself is traditional and full of character and the surrounding countryside is lovely. We hope to go back for a longer stay one day.

We had complete privacy unless they were serving food or we had questions. We were so well taken care of that it was the most personable experience we had while traveling around Japan. We really felt at home. The personal touches and amenities were the best as well as the treats and tea upon arrival. Don't hesitate to book a breakfast in the morning... so delicious! Plus, the town is so sleepy that there was nothing to eat in walking distance. The wood fireplace was my favorite detail and being just steps from the beach was such a treat. Make sure to explore Omoricho during your stay here and stay for at least 2 nights!! Thank you so much for this wonderful experience! We hope to be back some day soon!!
