This journey was truly wonderful. Right from when I stepped off the plane, they arranged transportation, as well as bookings at restaurants, and shuttles to the ski resort. Communicating via WhatsApp was incredibly helpful and ensured that there were no issues during my stay, which was comfortable every day. The room was immaculately cleaned, and the daily breakfast was delicious. The high-quality interior decor and speakers made even the time spent indoors after skiing very enjoyable. The best part was having a hot spring in the room. Enjoying the hot spring amidst the snowy landscape was an absolute highlight. I will definitely book here again for the next season. The concierge team were truly fantastic and worked great.

From the moment I arrived I felt welcomed and comfortable. Summer Leaves is a family run place and you immediately feel welcomed by this family. Breakfast was simple but great, a good variety and freshly made (not buffet.) Location is great, quite but close to everything.

Got picked up from train station on the first day and dropped off at the bus station on the last day as request. Shuttle service to the ski resorts around Hakuba was at reasonable times. Start and end of lift timings. Gas, Bianca and Liam are really nice people to talk to. Great dinner as well. Super affordable accoms. Location might be a turn off but don't hesitate to ask the staff about getting a ride to town in the afternoon if you're not heading to the slopes in the morning.

El green log situa-se em Hakuba, a 43 km de Estação Ferroviária de Nagano, 44 km de Templo Zenkoji e 18 minutos a pé de Estância de Esqui Hakuba Happoone. Host was a good and prompt communicator and very helpful. We appreciated our bags being picked up from Yamato Transport and taken to El Green Log for us. It was very spacious (especially by Japan standards), clean and had everything we needed. Very warm and we loved the fireplace. Good location to get shuttles from the Echoland Spicy stop to ski fields, and an easy walk to many restaurants.

One of the best memories I’ve had in Japan. The place was super nice and cozy it felt just like home. The people running this place were very wholesome and helpful. The place is spotless clean. The breakfast was very delicious. A great getaway to relax and escape the city. My only regret is not staying longer. Will definitely be visiting again. 1000/10

The stay was a high-light of my travels in Japan, I even extended it longer than planned. Already before my arrival I was offered to be picked-up at the Hakuba Train station. Ichi, the lodge manager, first took me to a supermarket to help me do some shopping. At the end of the stay, Ichi took me by his car back to the train station (about 25 mins drive). The lodge is right at the ski slope (ski-in), right at the ski lift. A tasty and rich breakfast is included, served 7:30-8:30. Optional dinner for about 1,500-1,700 Yen is offered 18:30-19:30. Tea, water and espresso coffee machine available for free 24/7. Showers were great & clean, ski room well equiped (boots drying!), washing machine & tumbler available. A ski rental shop is just 300m away, ski shuttle (in case you want to go to other ski resorts) 250m, and a local authentic onsen about 10 mins walk (recommended to visit, costs 700 Yen) I would be super happy to stay again! Lovely and cosy lodge close to the action in Hakuba. All details were perfect. Loved the touch of the illustrated postcards left as a gift for each of our guests!
