I didn't have cash yet so he let me leave the parking money on the table at check out. He explained everything so clearly and the apartment had many amenities I didn't expect. There is a 7-11 and a wonderful ramen shop just a block or so away and vending machines right across the street! The neighborhood was very quiet at night and not too busy during the day. They provided bathing products and the soap made my skin feel amazing! The whole apartment is just for you and the price is hard to beat!

Really friendly staff and couple at the guest house. Made me feel really comfortable and welcome during my short stay. The owner was able to provide me with information on sightseeing, places to eat and also history on the Fujisawa, Kamakura and Enoshima areas and how to get around town using the local “Enoden” electric railway train. Location was great too, less than a 5 minute walk to the nearest Enoden train station and situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood. I’ll definitely stay here when I visit Fujisawa again!

So clean, they clean everyday and it’s always spotless. The host is so lovely. Her dog is so cute and friendly too! Sometimes he’ll greet you at the door, this meant so much to me especially when I was missing my dog at home. The neighborhood is AMAZING. I love Koenji so much. A perfect, calm getaway from the city with still plenty of things to do. Great restaurants, thrifting, karaoke, parks, and Japanese vibes. Also Nakano is a 20 min walk away and they have a mall with Uniqlo and everything else you’d need. It’s easy to meet other people and make friends! Women-only was awesome and made me feel really safe. I can’t wait to go back and spend my entire Japan trip here. I shouldn’t have bothered with any other hotels. Nothing compares to Grapehouse Koenji!

Set within a historic Japanese garden, Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo offers spacious rooms with garden or city views and free Wi-Fi. My rate is six star hotel for sure. The place, the food, the service, the view, and especially the garden were wonderful. The hotel offers many food outlets with great food and very convenient for us to just stay in. The collection of the decor items were impressive.
