Communicating via WhatsApp was incredibly helpful and ensured that there were no issues during my stay, which was comfortable every day. The room was immaculately cleaned, and the daily breakfast was delicious. The high-quality interior decor and speakers made even the time spent indoors after skiing very enjoyable. The best part was having a hot spring in the room. Enjoying the hot spring amidst the snowy landscape was an absolute highlight. I will definitely book here again for the next season. The concierge team were truly fantastic and worked great.

Hands down the best hospitality we have ever experienced. Maki is the most gracious of any host we have ever had. Excellent food (lots of it). This accommodation is worth planning an entire trip around. 2 private onsens. A massage chair. It was our first time with a traditional Japanese futon and we were surprised how comfortable sleeping was. Beautiful scenery and the most hospitable hosts (Maki, her mom the chef and Kenta the house pup) Thank you for an unforgettable stay! We can’t wait to come back again someday.

What a lovely stay! It felt like home and I met incredible people there. The dinners were great as well and Gaspard is such a kind and nice host. The lodge is located a bit out of town but there is a good shuttle system to take you to town/slopes. I only stayed a couple of nights but it feels like I was there much longer ✨

Food was so good , beautiful presentation, location is across from two local resorts, facilities to store gear, rental close by, best way to have started our trip.

El green log terletak di Hakuba, 43km dari Stesen Nagano, 44km dari Kuil Zenkoji, dan juga 18-minit berjalan kaki dari Resort Ski Happo One. Host was a good and prompt communicator and very helpful. We appreciated our bags being picked up from Yamato Transport and taken to El Green Log for us. It was very spacious (especially by Japan standards), clean and had everything we needed. Very warm and we loved the fireplace. Good location to get shuttles from the Echoland Spicy stop to ski fields, and an easy walk to many restaurants.
