The bathtub with mountainview was devine. The restaurants were one by one amazing. The little cafe is as well a plus. They could add a little general story in the hotel, however when i asked for a band-aid they imediately brought it to my room. I could for ever how everything was amazing!

Staff was very accommodating, made sure all rentals for skiing and buses were ready to go, flight got cancelled and staff were able to very quickly reorganise the shuttle bus from the airport, when asking for a pickup from the ski fields they would respond within seconds and be there to pick us up within about 5 minutes.

Hilton Niseko Village is located in heart of Niseko by the south base of Mt. Annupuri, a leisurely 2-hour drive or shuttle bus from New Chitose Airport. This luxurious hotel features a fitness center and 6 dining options. The staff were outstanding from the moment we arrived until we left. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel is beautiful with a stunning location in front of Mt. Yotei. The room was large and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had so much choice of both western and Japanese food. Check out was 11am and we were able to check in a little early without payment. We can highly recommend the Hilton Niseko Village!

Free WiFi is offered . Really enjoyed the location it’s right in the middle of Rutsutsu and niseko so we were able to choose based on conditions. Staff were great, Oka and Mami were both friendly, helpful, and overall wonderful folks.

Rooms have free Wi-Fi and a 32-inch LCD TV. very good dinner, and family feel hotel. nice staffs let you feel not like living in a hotel , more like few friends have a party! very nice environment.

We booked two rooms, and everything exceeded our expectations. The location is fantastic, it’s just a 5 minute drive to the gondola, making it incredibly convenient for skiing and exploring the area. Jenny, the homeowner, made our trip even more special. From the moment we arrived until the very last minute, she was there to help with anything we needed. She provided rides to and from the gondola, which was a huge bonus. Her deep knowledge of the village and surroundings made our experience even better, as she gave great recommendations for restaurants,bars and onsens . The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. If you’re looking for a cozy, well-located place with a host who truly cares about her guests, this is the perfect spot. We can’t wait to come back!

There is electricity but you can feel as if you were living very close to the nature. Moreover, Akira and Kyoko are adorable hosts, always happy to help and support your travelling plans. They show the true hospitality spirit and make your stay there very sweet. PS: The place is so quiet, that during the night, all you can hear is the sound of snowflakes hitting the ground. Terrific.
