Located within 4.7 km of Jigokudani Monkey Park and 10 km of Ryuoo Ski Park in Yamanouchi, Rakki OnsenRyokan 楽奇温泉旅館 provides accommodation with seating area. The hotel owners are so kind and available. They assisted us throughout our stay and we got a lot of complimentary services we did not expect. Free transportation to the monkey park, free rental of ski materials (including clothes, helmet...everything!). My walking shoes broke and they tried fix them and gave me another pair to use in the meantime.

Everything. It felt very homely and cozy. The family running the business is super nice and the whole building and the room are extremely beautiful.

Our favorite stay of our trip. Proprietors were so welcoming and accommodating for our every need. Amenities (shared and private onsen) were beautiful, and I enjoyed them every day of our stay! We were gifted some delicious manju at checkout--it really made our stay! Can't wait to come back and stay again!
