So clean, they clean everyday and it’s always spotless. The host is so lovely. Her dog is so cute and friendly too! Sometimes he’ll greet you at the door, this meant so much to me especially when I was missing my dog at home. The neighborhood is AMAZING. I love Koenji so much. A perfect, calm getaway from the city with still plenty of things to do. Great restaurants, thrifting, karaoke, parks, and Japanese vibes. Also Nakano is a 20 min walk away and they have a mall with Uniqlo and everything else you’d need. It’s easy to meet other people and make friends! Women-only was awesome and made me feel really safe. I can’t wait to go back and spend my entire Japan trip here. I shouldn’t have bothered with any other hotels. Nothing compares to Grapehouse Koenji!

The place, the food, the service, the view, and especially the garden were wonderful. The hotel offers many food outlets with great food and very convenient for us to just stay in. The collection of the decor items were impressive.

I guess the building is owned by a premiere developer and no wonder it looks new and well maintained, a place called a home away from home for us because even it is located in an urban area we experienced a very good night rest without any noise and wanted to stay longer when we come back soon.
