The rooms are spacious, spotless, and cleaned every day. A truly safe place for solo travelers, families, or couples. I will definitely come back and recommend this gorgeous place to everyone. The house is big and airy; very breezy which tempers the coastal heat and humidity, and quite spacious. It's also quite cool at night. It's clean and well maintained. The location is perhaps the biggest selling point, close to Diani and Kongo beaches, a major supermarket and several restaurants within walking distance. Diana was responsive to our requests.

Offering a garden and garden view, Wasini house mkwiro village is situated in Shimoni, 45 km from Kaya Kinondo Sacred Forest and 49 km from Colobus Conservation. We were warmly received, it seemed like the entire village of Mkwiro came to meet us, it was fantastic! Everything about this place was magical! Asma made us the most beautiful and delicious meals, we are so grateful! For a small fee she took care of catering for us. Jenga (caretaker) is the kindest most helpful man, he dedicated himself to making sure our stay was as comfortable as could be. George (security) was always on board to make us feel safe in the evenings!
