A gem of a place very close to Batticaloa. We spent a few nights there. It was very nice. The staff there are also very nice. The plastic on the beach there really bothered us. We are just mentioning it here. It is not their fault. The municipal council there should take responsibility for this.

We had a wonderfull stay with a wonderfull breakfast. The place is super tidy and the host is very very friendly. She showed us around her garden and was always there for any question we had. The Leena Holiday Home offers it's guests outstanding personal attention; we were offered delightful fruit cocktails on arrival plus chilled face cloths to refresh after travelling..Then the receptionist organised for our bags to he taken to our room. The Leena only has one suite for rent but there was always one of the two ladies on site to attend to our every need. Sometimes small acts like their running to open the gate for our car and running up to it with an open umbrella so we did not get wet by rain made all the diference. Seriously, go for a walk in the surrounding very safe area at 6.00 am and you will find one of the young ladies opening the gate for you!. It's all about one on one attention. We enjoyed a very nice English breakfast each day and the large kitchen area with full size refrigerator and microwave made preparing cups of tea/coffee and snacks convienient. The Leena's gardens are immaculate as it is the accomdation which is very clean Thr Leena is just a short10 minute $2.00 TukTuk tide to town Yes, all of this might seem improbable given the modest price per night, but all guests enjoy the same unique personal attention to their needs.

The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, fresh, flavorful, and with a great variety of options. It was the perfect way to start the day, and the dining area was clean and comfortable. The restaurant staff were attentive and made the morning experience even better. Another thing I loved was how helpful the staff were. They were always available to provide recommendations, assist with requests, or simply greet you with a smile. Their professionalism and genuine care for guests really stood out. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Excellent service, delicious breakfast, a peaceful environment, and a beautifully clean property. Stayed here one night. The staff I think his name was Adam was very helpful. We had a great dinner & breakfast here. It’s a good location, walking distance to the beach. Even without ac the rooms were not hot and comfortable. I would stay here again.

The beach is a man amazing so clean and good for swimming The pool big enough to swim in really nice pool area. Staff were wonderful. And the room spacious and clean. Great linen on bed very comfortable.
